DeKalb Harley DeKalb, Il

I have to say that everyone at DeKalb Harley has customer service in their blood, they take care of you in every aspect! Chris in Sales, Mike in Finance, Justin in Parts, Matt in Service and Rob as General Manager, they treat you right. Other Delaerships in the Chicagoland area better be shacking. These people are for real. The complete package! Thanks again! I have had a few minor issue that they have taken care of ASAP to keep my bike on the road, I bought it to ride. Excellent experience!

Good to know. My last experience with the local dealer service department didn't go so well.
Thinking about making a switch. Its a little further but may be worth it.

I need to get a shirt from them. I live in DeKalb County IND and work for DeKalb EMS so a DeKalb Harley shirt would be cool.

Currently bikeless but sticking around for knowledge.

Tell them Craig Anderson sent you their way. They will make it worth your trip, alot less sales tax out their as well, if you are a HOG member, they will give you 10% off as well on parts and clothing items.

Take care!

Would concur about dekalb hd I have been stationed around the country and have sampled many dealerships this one gets it. I have 3 dealerships in my area and dekalb gts my business whether your there for the free coffee or to buy a 37k cvo you always get the same polite how are you, talk to you like they have know you your whole life. Prices are good but the customer service is what will keep my business.

Glad to hear the new owners are keeping up the reputation of that Dealership. I moved about the same time they transitioned from Pierce HD to DeKalb HD - the service has been good there for years now despite a turn-over in ownership.

I'm fortunate to live 5 minutes from DeKalb HD. Hands down, they are the best dealer in Northern Illinois. They go out of their way for customer service.

Panic, chaos, disorder, my work is done here.

I made the trip out to DeKalb to look for a used rg and these guys are great. I was impressed by their personalilty and salesmanship. I went back the next day and got a rg. To bad its the start of winter here as they are storing it for me till spring. If you have a chance stop in and check them out. Great bunch of guys.
