Tour pack hinge

Was getting a tour pack ready for a reprint and was drilling the rivets out of the back hinges and two went a little high and expanded the mounting holes. Any ideas on what can be used to fill them in that would be strong.

Garage
You might check with your local body shop, they have some incredibly strong plastic adhesives for the front air dams on a lot of cars,on my 01 RG i used some on my head light adjusters that had become losse and allowed my headlights to bounce,my buddy who happens to be the body shop manager of a local chevy dealership used this same stuff on his 99 RG to repair his inner and outer fairing after a crash.

2012 RG Vivid Black,contrast Anarchy wheels,SE air cleaner,cobra tuner,Thunderheader ,diamond cut heads and clys,Fueling Reaper 574 cams,this is just a starting point.

Go get the newer deluxe hinges, you have to enlarge the holes anyway, and they are the best deal at the HD parts counter.

I have the improved hinges and latches in black enroute from Kutters.
$39 and $31. 53000131 and 53000130 p/n for black.

I reject your reality, and replace it with my own..
