Protecting rear fender when using quick release tourpack with RGU

Those of us that added the quick release kit to our Road Glide Ultras noted that the shelf on the permanent tour pack bracket that held the wiring is not on the quick release tour pack bracket. Some have mentioned that the wiring connectors will scuff or rub the paint on the rear fender.

I had this inner tube for a dirt bike that was punctured hanging up because I will use the bits of rubber for other uses when needed. It looked like a nice large piece of shrink wrap for wiring jobs so I decided to put it to use on my Tour Pack wiring.

When I want to take it off I will just slit the duct tape with a razor on the left end and slide it to the right and disconnect the connectors to remove the tour pack.

Simple solution for me with the materials I had handy.
