paint Scuff on Matte/Denim Paint

Hello all! I need some advice - it looks as if someone/something swiped my fairing, possibly a car or a car door, left me what appears to be a nickel sized white paint scuff/mark. Since I cant rub out Denim/Matte, is there anything I can do to remove the paint? It appears to be on the surface . Any Advice?
Thanks

Some people have had success with spraying a little windex and gently using a grade #0000 steel wool pad to remove tiny scratches & scuffs

UPDATE ON MY POST:

I did a little research and communicated with The Chemical Guys about their products and the indicate try Isopropyl alcohol or Mineral Spirits, i tried the Alcohol and it worked. The paint transfer or scuff came off. I used on a Q-Tip, gently rubbed took a few times, but it worked. Needless to say very happy!
