street glide rear fender conversion for 02 RG

Hey guys, how's it going. I'm picking up an 02 RG this Saturday. My first bagger! I'm pretty jazzed!

I want to covert the rear fender to what an 06 SG looks like. I've searched the net, and found some good info, but thought someone might be able to direct me to a good thread? I'm sure It's been covered a bunch.

Thanks in advance!

All you need is the SG fascia and its brackets, very easy to install

And on a budget "Bikers Choice" sells a real nice Tri-lite assy that costs way less than the HD OEM one

Awesome! That's what I'll be doing then. I'm right down the street from ya in Fair Oaks. You ever go to PJ's roadhouse? I'll buy ya a beer.

Thanks man, can't wait to ride it home and give it a good detail. Plus it's got a bunch of reflective tape all over the pipes, mirrors, front fender. That's the first thing that's coming off. With a quickness!!

It'll be nice to have tunes!

Oh hey, does anyone make an aftermarket street glide bullet style tail light assembly for cheaper or do I have to go MoCo?
