Powder coating lightbar and markers?????

So my question is how do you or can you powder coat these pieces with the bulb socket and wires still attached? I am thinking no, so please fill me in! Thanks all.

If your referring to the stock front turn signals, all you got to do is unplug the lights from the inner fairing, take bulbs out, use a fine flat tip screwdriver & pluck the inner base out, it will come out. Once you pluck it, you will have to cut the wires to pull the wires through. Don't sweat cutting the wires, All you have to do strip the wires and use a connection method as you like to put I back together again. Easy mod to do..

you do need to remove the housing and wires before coating.
I didnt cut any wires, i simply pulled them through the housing after removing the wires from the plugs. Take pictures and label the wires.

DED, you're right. You can pull the wire out of the connectors, It was easy for me to just cut it, connect it back & heat shrink it.

Yea I thought you could remove the socket portion but I wasn't sure where to start. Thanks for the input all.
