My work/Motorcycle show/camping motorcycle trailer.

I am taking this time to detail how I did it to give you all ideas to build upon if you wanted to do a project.

I purchased an all-aluminum Featherlite 24’ car hauler with aluminum plank floor.
Installed a 6K# Warn cable Wench & wired it to the truck with detachable cables.

Outline objectives in order of importance:

Open floor plan (enclosed) trailer so I can haul motorcycles & my products to Motorcycle shows.
Aluminum 24í X 8.5í X 7í high proven quantity built trailer.
Off grid self-contained but ability for curb side hook up.
Middle of the night urination but no hauling crap.
A/C and a comfortable removable bed that takes up little room when underway (driving).
Portable water & hot inside shower that takes up little room.
Insulated, A/C, T-8 florescent for working on bikes or shocks, LEDís, windows, screened or enclosed back area, entertainment radio and internet.

Insulated it with 1Ē R-6.0 Rigid foil backed Foam Insulation except for the floor after installing the following:
Dometic White Penguin Low Profile 13.5K BTU Air Conditioner.
Vents for escaping fumes and introduction of fresh air from propane heater.
2 Sliding windows up high so no pervís can copy my patented midnight throws of passion.
Work bench front and 2X 5/8 smooth plywood glued & screwed counter top with galvanized metal cap.
A/C & DC circuity throughout with plenty of outlets inside and below floor in weather proof boxes.
Inside shower plumbing.
Spare tire rack.

60 amp panel (2 separate X 30 Amp circuits). Notice the bar under the trailer so you can chain your bike to the trailer either for the night so you can sleep tight.

I used white 0.040 aluminum for all sheathing and made baseboards. 3 rows of wall mounted E-Track (strengthened it up) front to back and 2 rows of A-Track with-wise with white oak “ramps on each side. Commercial good quality carpeted with bound edges.

Shower: the carping must be lifted to expose the drain hatch and the shower pan is rotated down to the floor where both drains align.
