Waiting for 40 Degree Mark

Well, early Nov brings the cold Mornings........sipping my coffee and waiting for it to hit 40 degrees........don't know why for me but heading out in under 40 is tough - I'll plug in and heat up for sure and enjoy a crips fall day......but for some odd reason, I just feel better about the temp reading if it stats with a 4

Bike will go into hibernation in a few weeks (next weekend it is not getting above 35) so I prob only have less than a handful of rides left......Then, they will pick the bike up.......I'll tip the guy and ask hm to be extra careful.........but for now.......its heated gear time.............prob next week...........I'll feel like Bruce Banner hitch hiking with this playing in the background

I'm sitting here in Phoenix sipping my morning coffee with it being 51 degrees outside. Temp is suppose to hit 80 this afternoon, a nice ride is planned.

I don't miss Chicago's winters.

Eddie, you always find an appropriate video to punctuate your posts. The Barry Manilow vid was spot on. I'm still chuckling...

80 miles for me too today - of course in the same weather.
By time coming home, daughter was shivering on back since we were outside most of the day.

Had a nice 80 mile Halloween ride too, took the day off work.
As a matter of fact, did not use the cage once this week.

My last ride last year was TFT hopefully can do that again this year on Dec. 2.

I grew up on Music.....both my parents were WAY into it (Jazz & Motown) and any self respecting teen in the 70s measured his coolness by his album collection

Its how my foggy mind works......I always equate just about anything with a song......odd, I know
