I sent them an email yesterday and they replied that my part is due to ship Friday, 22 Feb.. If it does ship, it will be a total of 34 days to ship out, way too much time.

Got an email yesterday and was told my order should ship the 25th. That will be 34 days also. Last order to be placed with them. Ordered stuff from Surdyke 2 weeks after Boardtracker and have it installed already.

I placed my first order with Board Tracker 3 weeks ago to the day. Their website at the time and the order confirmation email said to allow 2 weeks for the order to be processed and shipped. Their website now says to allow 2-4 weeks. I just got an email this morning saying my order will be shipped on the 26th. So far my first experience with them is not great. At the very least an email saying that there is a delay would have been nice.

I now use New Castle most of the time. Occasionally Surdyke will have a better deal, but not usually.
I had no issues with them and prices seemed good but I did notice a part I was looking at had gone up. So I may start looking at other options for online parts if they have changed hands and having issues. Will new castle ship to a work address vs your home address? I have heard others will not do this.

I have been ordering from Boardtracker HD for awhile … I ordered a derby cover and a few small parts totaling 150 dollars. I waited 4 weeks and nothing I emailed them and they stated they were having shipping issues with HD and didn't have any idea when parts would be in. They offered me a refund in which I accepted it took them a week and a half to refund my pay pal account...Been hearing stories like this from other people I no longer use them..

I don't see other dealers having problem getting parts. Heck it's the slow time of the year.
They "might" need to pay their MoCo parts bill ??

I’d say Call Anthony at boardtracker and light a fire under his ass but he really doesn’t give a damn about the customer or what they think. Remember the times when a company cared about a customer and did everything they could to make you happy? Now you call a lot of places to see what the hold up is and they just say things like “I don’t know. There’s some kind of delay. Do you want your money back?”

After reading through this thread I got nervous about my order with Boardtracker and canceled it. I am taking a trip the second week of March and would like to have the parts by then. Needless to say after reading these posts I have zero confidence I would get them since I ordered on the 9th. I then went to Surdyke and was surprised to see the parts were actually cheaper. So I ordered them. I am hoping I don't have issues getting my money back from Boardtracker.

It sounds like the new ownership is fucking this up... A year ago when I did my build I spent thousands and had no issues even all the Color matched parts came in less time then what you guy's are now experiencing.. After reading this thread I won't even bother with them again.. There are to many other options out there to put up with this kind of service or the lack of it..
