Rain Run

.....and O' what fun! Yea, I know, I'm a strange old fart! Didn't start out in the rain. Wife came home from work really early; unfortunately, brother passed. She talked awhile, I listened! She said, why don't you go for a ride! Well, OK! Ran out for a coffee, drank 2/3 of a french press, felt the rain drops start; thought, I'll just throw the leathers back on, jump on the interstate for the 7 miles to my exit and 6 miles south I'm home. Decided I wanted to take the scenic route home so threw the rain gear on and waited a bit for the oil to disappear off the asphalt and headed south. Within 3 miles it's pouring and I just kept riding, and smiling And since I know the "rule": no pics, didn't happen, here ya go! Slim handles really good in the rain; YEAH !!

LOL Sleeping bag; prepping for next months GlideFest run to WV. Might camp a night on the way down and back; taking the seriously scenic route!

How did the luggage work in the rain? Drying it all out now, or did you effectively waterproof everything?

Blessings, Zinc -

Everything in my bags,(when I'm on a road trip are inside 2.5 gallon ziploc bags); I just stuffed that one full of stuff that was laying around the garage to firm it up.
