Hope You'll Still Have Me........I'm CVO'less

Well ladies, the CVO went to a new home on Saturday and I rode home on the below - They already have (2) buyers for my CVO lined up which meant I was able to negotiate a pretty good trade in value as their time to tie up $$ was minimal - I also ordered and had installed a shit ton of goodies for the new bike and used that in my bartering tactics as well - Knocked out just shy of 160 miles yesterday and god damn did it feel good to be on a light and flickable bike again - Felt like a Dyna but with the stability of a Tourer - They hit a home run with this completely redesigned bike - The front is planted, the adjustable rear is a peach and the vibrations of previous generations are a thing of the past - 80mph, Cruise Control On, One Handed and passing Semis with zero wind interference - Only really missed the RG Nose when we got over 90mph (we were racing the rain on the Hwy home) - Am VERY happy and have zero regrets about not being on a CVO anymore...in the end, I really did not need all that and was done keeping up with the Jonses (this is just my way of thinking and is in no way a jab at CVO owners) - Can attach the back pack to act as a tour pack and rock this sum bitch to SW in a month - Yes, I gave up packing space but will live with it and don't think about it when whipping this light machine around and not having back pains because of it

So, the new Scoot - 2019 Heritage Classic with the 114 - Stage (2) Trq Cam, High Intake Air Cleaner, S&S Slips and Dynoed at 97hp and 118fpt - LED Rear Lights with CDs up front - Drag Specialties Lay Down Plate Bracket, Riders Back Rest, Grips, Leavers and Mirrors and waiting on the Cables to Install the 12 inch Fat Chizeled Bars as seen in the pic - Sitting on top of my Bar in the basement waiting to be installed after the Bars go on, Kuryakan BT 300W Speaker, CIro Phone Mount Holder, Front Axel Nut Covers (waiting on spacer to remove the "Soup Dish" off the front wheel before I install) Iron Aces Switch Blade Hwy Pegs and in my HD Shopping Cart on line, New Board Inserts, Pedal and Peg - I'll get more pics up when the goodies are all added but for now, I am no longer a Road Glide Owner so anything I say from this moment fwd is complete rubbish - Unlike John, I now have a skinny ass

Alright, who had the "under" on Eddies scoot??? I actually think most of us had the under, setting the date as 6 months was WAY to generous!!!

Well, guess I am glad I was able to see it once to prove that you actually had the CVO. New ride looks nice for a girls bike!

The new number is 60 days. Who wants in on the action.

C'mon, it's Czechoslovakia. We zip in, we pick 'em up, we zip right out again. We're not going to Moscow. It's Czechoslovakia. It's like going into Wisconsin.

I am thinking 9 months. After the trip to SW he is going to miss the touring bike, start thinking about it, hours on the interweb during the winter months and a new shark in the spring. He has a problem and we are enablers.

I see you back on a RG in a few months. You got the T120 that is light and flickable and had the CVO for touring duties. I don't get this one. But, I'm happy for ya, SE.

Where do I collect my winnings?

*Note to newbies on the site... ALWAYS take the under!

Congrats on the new scoot Eddie. I've heard nothing but great things about the new Heritage line. I know a couple people that have given up a Road King and Street Glide for the new Heritage.
