Rokker XTs

First ill state that i have a rudimentary understanding of audio. That being said...
So im looking at the rokker amps for the new XTs that i have but they(amp) say its a 125 per channel. The XTs state 170 peak so by my calculations on the offered amp, im short 180 watts of power. Is this being recouped by the head unit itself or will there be a amp released in the future to compensate that kind of loss?

Im looking at the 500 because i will be adding lower fairing this year or during the winter mods. Also can i add the 500 to just a two speaker setup or should i wait till i have everything?
