Great customer service!
My Rokkers went out, I called them they said send them in, I did, they let me know when they got there and said they were checking them out and would get back to me. I had been looking at the new XT's thinking about getting them so I called and talked to a J&M rep and they told me they would give me credit for my old Rokkers if I wanted to get the new XT's. I said ok and decided to wait and see what was wrong with my Rokkers then decide. Well today I get an email from J&M telling me that They replaced my Rokkers with the new ones no charge! WOW that's GREAT! They stayed in contact with me the whole time letting me know what was going on and then hooked me up with the new one's. Can't ask for more than that!
