Which J&M amp should I go with???

'Have an '09 SERG with J&M Rokkers in the fairing. Stock HK radio w/HD iPod module. My dealer will change the HK to 4 channel (rear fade)

'Am sending my vented lowers and the surrounds for the J&M Rokker XTs to Gunslinger this week to be painted in the '09 Charcoal Slate.

The fairing and lowers are the only speakers (4) that I will have on this bike.

'Will go with a fairing mounted amp ONLY.

'Am concerned about the load on the charging system/battery. I put on a good bit of miles and want good sound at speed, but also like to listen to the stereo when parked (not blasting) and want decent battery life on accessory mode.

'Want a plug and play kit, with all the necessary brackets, wires, instructions, etc...

How do the J&M amps "trigger"?

'Just noticed the new J&M 360-4ch.

What amp do you recommend for me?????

Is there anything else that I need to make this system work???

I thought it was in J&M? Did you move it for me?
Thanks,

I have the JM Rokker XT's in the fairing and lowers with 250 watt JM amp and Sony DSX head unit.

pretty damn loud.
Half volume at 65 mph
5/8 to 3/4 volume at 75 mph
don't expect much bass

while parked on accessory I only get about 45 minutes playing time before battery is DEAD

If you plan on playing a lot on accessory you might want to keep a 10 ga. small set of jumpers cables with you. you can buy them at Autozone.....and put battery tender leads so you don't need to remove the seat.

the J&M ROKKER 500w 4-ch amp is the best there is ,,, see http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....AMP-500HR06-RC ,,,,,,

the J&M performance series 360w 4-ch amp here, http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....AA-3600HR06-RC will also do a good job, not quite as loud, but not quite so much $$ either ,,,,,

What current draw do each of these amps have?
