standard 110 big bore kit

I'm currently shopping engine upgrades for my 2009 glide...on a shoestring budget...and the standard 110 kit caught my eye. Do I necessarily NEED to do the heads? I know there should be an increase in compression, do you have something similar to the S&S easy start cams? I'm looking for power overall through the powerband.
