17 inch Chisel on a 2000 Screamin Eagle RG

I'd like to go with a nice custom wheel, but I don't have the cash, and I'd like to at least go to something chrome to replace the stock polished 9 spoke. My front wheel has a scratch in it, so I don't think I could do a chrome exchange.

I have 3 questions:

Will a 17 inch Chisel wheel fit my bike?
I know I would have to go to the Chisel rotors.
What else will I need to do?

I've heard some stories of chrome chipping and flaking.
Has anyone seen this with these wheels?

Thanks!

Your biggest stumbling block when doing a swap to this wheel will be brake rotor size. The Chisel wheel brake rotors are larger in diameter than your stock rotors and only fit the Brembo brake calipers. You can swap to the Brembo calipers (they will bolt up to your forks) but that will be extra cost. Depending on the design of the wheel you may need to buy the 25mm front axle, which again will bolt up to your forks.
