Who has experience with Ceramic Brake Rotors. What are the different brands and the Pros and Cons? Thanks

I have a set of three Lyndall Rotors setup on a 2007 FLTR. Huge difference in front end feel. Unsprung weight is noticeable. The rear is less noticeable . Have several thousand miles on them and they have held up great. Use Lyndall composite pads only and they never leave dust great stopping power

If you had it to do over again would you leave the rear stock?

I suppose I would. There was no negative to doing the back but you can neither see the rotor or feel the difference in unsprung weight to the degree you can the fronts. So in a nutshell yes I would save the $$ and not do the rear

I have lyndall rotors and pads on the front of my bike. These omit virtually no brake dust at all, better braking feel and much better longevity! I do have the stock rotor and lyndall pads on my rear tho, I have chrome wheels on my bike and the brake dust from the original rear brake pad would leave massive amounts of soot all over my shiny rear rim. After a few weeks I put on a ceramic pad back there to stop that mess from occurring. I'd do this all over again as well!

2012 Road Glide Custom Vivid Black named "Becky" with a simple motto "If it came from the factory like that, it doesn't belong on the bike!"
