Flitz Pre-Clean

Has anyone tried this stuff?
Youtubes look good. Looks great for getting rid of white spots from rain and gunk on wheels. No serious scrubbing.
If so, please provide details.

2017 Road Glide Ultra, Black Quartz, CD leds & flashers, Electra Glo Keystone Auxiliary LED Run/Brake/Turn Lamps, Rinehart 4.5" slip-ons, T-Bag lid covers, LRS 15" Thresher, Powder coated wheels

Flitz Pre-Clean

Well, tried it a lil bit this morning and here's the results, just spray, let it sit for 30secs, rub very lightly with a blue scrubby pad -

My '08 had stock wheels that looked like crap. Flitz didn't work that well for me, but Brasso did the trick.

Blessings, Zinc -

If I had a need for really shiny beer can bottoms (as seen at bike rallies), Flitz would be my go to. Think I mucked my wheels up by leaving S100 on them too long. They’ve got some kinda white film on them like the picture the OP posted. Tried HD chrome cleaner, Never Dull, and White Diamond Metal Polish which many swear by. So far, nothing’s worked. They’re probably etched. Think I’ll roll my bike up to the Flitz stand at the next rally and tell ‘em if they get it to work, I’ll buy two, and report back!
vring and ChromeSpark like this.

Ya gotta put in some effort
Put a condom on
some put some valsaine on the rubber
Flitz is a ammonia based Al cleaner/polish
Squeeze out on to 00 steel wool and rub in back&fourth back til the Al your polishing turns grey/black , add more. If you want or use 000 next
Take your HD dealer shirt and wipe off and buff.
Corrosion gone and pores are closed

If the wheels are clear coated, I would not use steel wool on them. If they are clear coated the steel wool will remove a ton of the clear coat. Once its gone thats it. If they are not clear coated, I would try the Wolfgang aluminum polish. Great stuff
If they are clear coated, then use a polish made for paint first, if that doesn't work then a compound.
