Is it supposed to do this?

Was cleaning the bike this weekend, getting ready for the Chris Stapelton concert, when I decided to put her up on the lift to check out an intermittent "thumping" I was feeling through the floor boards lately. Decided to check for play in the wheels where I discovered this...

There was little to no rideability issues other than the aforementioned intermittent thumping in the floor boards, very light, but noticeable to me. No squirrely rear end or wobbling other than normal tar snake issues here in Michigan.

doesn't look like I can upload the video since it's an MP4, but it's impressive!

What's wrong with it? I can't tell from the pic. Did it walk out on you?

and no, I didn't ride it after I discovered the failure. Tire's in the shop now getting bearings changed. I think I'll be replacing them with each rubber change now since I'm getting 15-20 k between tires.
