So now that I got cams done I keep trying to race anyone and everyone. Only issue now is my tires not hooking up and I spin around and fish tail and those slow ass bikes get away from me. Any recommendations on stickier tires? I still like to do a lot of highway and mild riding but when the opportunity comes I'll gladly take all challengers

I've always had good luck with Avon cobras. Your not going to get a ton of miles out of them but way stickier. I'm going to guess around 7-8,000 miles per tire..depending on how you ride.

do a good long burn out shifting the back end of the bike from side to side. That should get your tire to hook up. New shinkos are sticky. high mileage tires are not good for racing
