Wheel spacing custom wheels end play

Hey guys I bought a ultima billet front wheel from bike shop and they set up the bearings for my ride 2013 RG with Abs.
Is it possible to set up the bearings and end play without the bike ?
It was shipped “ready to install”. Am I just thinking too much ???? Or do I still have to do shims and stuff. I really just want to slap the wheel on

Also. From my experience there’s ususlly a spacer on each side and I would just put the spacers and washers in the same way the original wheel was mounted .

If you told them what your year and model was when you ordered the wheel, you should be good to go. It is possible to set the wheel bearings up without the wheel because your bike uses sealed bearings and not the older tapered bearings. On the newer wheels with sealed bearings, you really only need to know if the bike has ABS or not so that you can use the correct center quill to make the difference in bearing thickness. An ABS bearing is thicker than a non-ABS bearing.

Yes, there are specs they use to get it right on the bench. Cant speak to that wheel company, but the wheel I bought from DNA went right on. I think you should bolt it up with stock spacers and see what happens.
