craigffb If he for some reason disconnected the battery to put the lights in that would throw a code and the light would be on. But not just swapping out the lights.

Bad key fob? Replace the batteries in the fobs? No clue .

wevsspot Check for DTC codes and write back with that info.

Installing LEDs shouldn't have triggered the security light.

That's for fast blink on the dash. He shouldn't be getting a steady security light from turn signals.

M8 Red Security Light on due to LED Signals

Added LEDS front and rear to my 19 FLTRXS now the red security light stays on. I know you need to tell the BCM Can anyone tell me how to reset it? I saw a post for a twin cam but it didn't work on the M8? Thanks!!
