I’ve had the hammock on my other bikes and do ride quite a bit.
I like the look of the factory cvo seat so changing it hasn’t been a priority as I haven’t taken the RG across country yet
Will look in to those mentioned

Just like long distance bicyclist do and of course those that ride horses. Sure there are some seats that will buy you a little more time in the saddle but if someone doesn't ride much and then jumps on the bike for a long haul like that your a$$ will hurt anyway after a while. With that said you will want another seat for that kind of distance. Go back to what you had on your Ultra if you liked it or some like the HD Hammock seat and some like the firm feel of a Corbin seat with a backrest. Lot's of choices out there and if you are already used to riding those kinds of long distances you might be able to get by with using an Airhawk from time to time during the ride. I used to use one just for the change in feel every now and then on long hauls.|

RG CVO seat ??
I am planning a 1800 mile road trip on my 2018 RG CVO and doing both the 1000 and 1500 mile iron butt on the same trip
I’ve done this in the past on my Ultras with aftermarket seats with no issue
Question is. Should I get a different seat? Or is the one from the factory fine on a long run?
If the factory one is t the greatest. Then what would the best option be?
