I paid $600.00 for this bike and brought it home in 7 cardboard boxes. It had been disassembled for approximately 20 years before I got my hands on it. I spent about 18 months sorting through the parts and putting it back together. See attached photo of the first incarnation.

After the frame broke twice in rapid succession, I decided to put it on a new frame and make a fully custom "60's Chopper" out of it. I spent another 1 1/2 years on that project and you can see the results.

1962 XLCH motor, Magneto ignition, kick only starter.

Paughco frame (40* rake)
Exterior
Custom Coffin Tank, Oil Bag, Forward Controls, and many other small items.
Audio
Are you kidding?? It's a Chopper!!
Lighting
Generator, voltage regulator , high/low headlight and a taillight, with a brake light.
Exhaust
Paughco upswept fishtail exhaust.
Suspension
Rigid rear with 5" springs under the seat. Harmon girder (12 over) front end.
Wheel and Tire
16" rear with drum brake. 21" front with no brake.
