Had the 12 Harley bars on but the angle wasn't comfortable so I am replacing with Siouxcide Choppers 16' bars, also inlaying 14" plasm rod lights by Custom Dynamics into the fender as my run/brake/turn

That's really nice, HD-RD-SD!
What type of wrapped fender is it? I know that Klock Werks and Fat Bagger Inc. make nice wrapped fenders, top steel, made in the USA. Others tend to make them of carbon composites or fiberglass and in some s.h. country...
