This is new my new project with our stage 4 107" Threshold blower motor.
I have a new AIM CF2 $2200.00 for a new clutch WoW!!!
The other one is slipping all over the place. from 4200 rpm just dive right down...
Right now parts are out for powder coating when they come back we will install new CF2 clutch and play with the new DBW Methanol injection kit we offer.
Our goal 220 Hp on a 107" motor pump 93 octane everyday rider. New record... for 107 right now.....
Procharger told me this is a new record... Yeh yeh>>>>>>>> for this size motor...


Please stay tuned for this. I hope for 220 out of her but I will be happy with 215Hp 175 tq....

Curious as to what brand of cylinders do you use to stand up to that power?

The cylinders on this are REV PERF 107 with Wisceo flat top pistons.
DBW Our stage 4 blower heads.
DBW 570 blower cam
DBW chain drive
DBW 80 lbs injecters
DBW Dragula pipe 3.05 inch blower baffle
DBW 54MM throttle body
DBW Meth kit.
Crank all done forge H_beam rods etc.,
Prochager lock up (Now we will add later AIM CF2)
Procharger 11/13 lbs boost
TTS mastertune
Cant wait to get her back on the dyno with the right clutch in it. No More slip=====More power yeh......:D

On most 107 kits making more than 116 hp we will use there cylinders with Wisceo pistons.
Our basic 107 where the stock cylinders are bored we stop at 115/116hp
And than bump up to REV PERF. or Axtell We can do our own liners but its big bucks......
