We had two reservation issues , so my suggestion is make the reservation on the computer and have access to the confirmation email on your phone or print out the confirmation and bring it with you ..
Starting the list here of those saying they will or may attend . We do this to keep a rough idea of the head count ..
Anytime your headcount changes or if I have it wrong lemme know and if you're not able to attend let me know ..
We always have flunkees show up who didnt sign up .

For the noobs : Most of us arrive on Thursday , some will arrive Friday . No planned ride on Thursday . Friday , we will ride somewhere leaving by 0900 and getting back to the motel early to mid afternoon .. Saturday is the ride to Patti's in Grand Rivers Kentucky , it's about 85 miles , can slab it or backroad it , your choice , Craig or Dave or someone will have a back road route by then .. We leave in time to get to Patti's for an 1100 meal and then we have a ride and head back to the motel arriving before dark .. Sunday everyone heads off to their next adventure ..
As far as the motel goes , we have stayed here for four years now ( or more ) , have to look and see , at any rate they have always been good with us .. Motel is at the interstate , plenty of gas stations right there . Waffle House on one side of the motel and a great Mexican place on the other side .. Wal Mart and Harley dealer just a few miles down the road ( same road motel is on )

It can very . I just don't want to miss out. By waiting to the last minute. Baymount is not a cheap motel. It is a good value.

Maybe I'm a cheep bastige but Baymont is about my limit dollar wise , $100 a night is about my limit , a big reason I have missed several SW's , $150 is kinda outta range and I just won't do it ..

I must be cheaper than you. Including taxes I paid $84.85 a night. Signed up for the Credit card and got a $50 credit making my stay $59.85 a night for 2 nights.
