13 RGU Throttle Problem

I Have a 2013 RoadGlide Ultra with 9K miles. On a recent outing I was leaving a stop and needed to accelerate quickly (a blind hill to my left). I twisted the throttle and it hesitated (bogged down) for a moment about half way through the travel of the throttle. My head skipped a beat and the big took off and performed flawlessly the rest of the day.

I have this bike for about a year, and never had this issue before or since. Any ideas? Should I be concerned?
