19" Wheel Question

Good evening fellow Gliders! I'm looking at the HD Agitator 19" front / 18" rear wheels for my 2013 FLTRU. Parts guys says they will go right on with no issues. What I want to know is first, is that true? Second, how will it affect the ride, cornering and overall handling? Third, what about the speedometer calibration, will that be off?
