Just got the dyno results back.
2002 Case bored
s&s 4-5/8 crank welded, balanced
s&s superstock 89cc heads ported
woods tw9bg
solid lifters
super g carb with oversized filter
ported manifold with YOST Performance spacer
FAB28 2-1 exhaust 1-3/4 to 2" primaries with 2-1/4 merge collector and muffler
125hp/147tq
If you look at the chart you can see where the exhaust is choking the motor. Right around 4300 rpm. FAB28 is hooking me up with a 2.5" merge collector and muffler. Should push the hp in the 140-150 range. We are also going to try a Boarzilla exhaust and see how the numbers improve. Should be fun to ride until we upgrade the exhaust. Tons of torque.

Nice! I'm not familiar with the exhaust you're using now but the D&D Boarzilla made a nice improvement on my 124. It's definitely gonna be a loud pipe with what you got thumping in the motor. I'm happy with the Boarzilla and it gets compliments all the time

Boarzilla is the way to go

Zilla is a step in the correct direction. 9B is too short IMO for a 124. Practical maximum S&S 640'S 11.5:1. TMan 662-2 ps2 or CR630's will come on earlier over the 640's and have a good seat of the pants (TQ) feel. TMan also has the new 680 PS2's. Similar to the 640's,
