Here is a dyno sheets on a 103 rebuild we did
Re did the heads Stage 2.5 DBW heads
New Tman 660SM cam ( in a 110 plus this cam rocks
New pistons Wisceo 10.5.1 compression
Dragula pipe
Thundermax Autotune.
Forgot to say HPI 51 mm throttle body... Old stock one can only bore out to 46mm
Dragos Custom 4.8 g/s injectors

3.875 bore
4.3/8 stroke === 103.191 inch

114 HP Sae 5 124TQ
117 HP STD 5 126TQ

4th Gear pulls 2000 grand rpm
5th gear at 2500 grand rpm

We only put 70 miles on it on dyno and did 3 pulls with tmax autotune Custom map By Dragos Bike Works
Need more break in time after 1000 miles I will re tune it and play with timing. Should do even better.

Numbers and flat top look great , 103 that rocks . Thank chr:st i was vieing on my lap top though ,would of hated to have to turn my monitor sideways to read that graph :p:p

Were you using the stock throttle body and injectors or did you upgrade to a bigger TB and injectors. That is good #'s on that build.

How much of the performance gain did the TB and injectors give the bike over the stock TB and injectors? Just wondering because I am still thinking about a bigger TB and injectors.

The stock injectors were at max 99% duty.
The bigger throttle helps out with 3/5 more HPs and tq cross the curve.

More air in more out more power..





How much of the performance gain did the TB and injectors give the bike over the stock TB and injectors? Just wondering because I am still thinking about a bigger TB and injectors.
