Most recent dyno run on the Jett Tuning Dyno. Its the same Dyno that Rider Magazine uses.

Was a little disappointed in the final numbers so looking for recommendations to get it closer to the magic 3 digit realm.

The blue line was with PCV, SE Air cleaner, stock exhaust in December of 09.

The green line was the addition of an Andrews 54HCam, V&H True Duals, SuperTrapp FatShots with 12 discs and open end cap prior to tuning.

The redline was after PCV tuned.

Final numbers...80.69 HP and 88.09 TQ. Sitting around 40MPG hiway.

I have heard from more than 1 source the 54 is better suited for a 103. With a 10:1+ comp witch I'll be working on myself next year.

There is something wrong. Your tune looks OK, but the power curve shouldn't drop off like it does.
My bike was a similar build but built HP smoothly to 6200 & 85 HP.

Seems to be running good with the exception of fuel mileage which is down around 35 right now. Not a happy camper about that.

One thing I did change since that final run was changing out the open end cap for the closed end cap and adding 6 discs. Neighbors were giving me the stink eye when I'd go buy on my way to work. Seems to have quieted down some but still need to get the ponies back up.

The 107" kit is definitely on my radar.
