I have a Vance and Hines true duals that came on my bike and am considering putting on a stock head pipe with CFR slip ons. The bike came with a PC5 and the O2 sensors are not plugged into anything.

I don't have the original exhaust but found a listing for a 2013 stock exhaust off a 2013 RG. Will this work or am I going to have O2 bung size issues?

Thx in advance!

Yes, the '09 came with wideband sensors, the '13 came with narrowband sensors, the sensors are mounted in different locations. 'Just have the proper bungs installed in the proper locations, or don't hook them up and stay in constant open loop (like it is now?)

The '13 pipe comes (stock) with a cat, in '09 only the CVOs came with cat.

How difficult is it to remove the cat in the pipes? Any special tools necessary?

If I continue to use the PC5 then plugging the O2 bungs is all I'd need to do then, correct?

Vance and Hines headers are 1 3/4" at the inlet for the slip on's so CFR's fit with them. I see no reason to put a stock head pipe on when you already have a nice set of true duals.

What is the thinking in going back to a stock head pipe?
