I just got done with a 2015 twin cooled 103" stage 1. A real decent result. I tried to tune the dip at 3700 out but it wasn't budging. I believe it was a exhaust pulse. I adjusted both fuel and timing. It's what it is...

What was used for the tune? Was this the SERPT? Do you have a file you can share with the air/fuel ratios? Just curious. The torque looks good, does it run cooler too?

Yes, it was the Sepst. Every bike responds to tunes differently. You could have the exact same year and model and the exact same components installed but the tune won't act the same.
This bike ran between 220-240 degrees on the Dyno. On the road it was about 190 but is was only 80 outside.
