Hello,

I have a map from FM -seems OK. My VE numbers change dramatically to the point I now use MLV and manually update my map based on logs. Would somebody share their current map with the same config so I can compare VE values? Also looking for good AFR's for this bike. Seems to run hotter in OL vs CL.

I don't know if the O2 sensors are placed correctly or if I am fighting a lot of reversion.

2015 RGS Map for Powervision

I got a Powervision from Fuelmoto a week ago and got a map from them for decatted 2-1-2, RCX 4" slipons and their air cleaner. I don't know if that map would help you any. I wasn't able to get my decatted pipe on so I downloaded another map off Dynojet site and compared the 2 using the Powervision software on my laptop. The one they sent and the one I downloaded and am using are almost identical. If you can, try to find something that is close to your setup and run AutoTune for several tunes. I did that and my bike is running great. I kept the map they sent to me without any changes to it for later when I change the head pipe. Let me know if you want a copy of my map.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for the reply. My initial map is close, but when auto tuning, the VE values are all over the place. For example at 2000 RPM the VE is lets say..................... 86.3 - 87.7 - 89.8 -105.6 - 99 -101.9

The next auto tune shows 87 - 88.5 - 104.8 - 99.2 - 106 - 110. This happens with each run, no consistency at all. I am using a smooth throttle but doesn't matter.

Between auto tunes, the numbers are not consistent. They jump up an down. I will look at several runs and use the numbers for any given cell that makes sense. Bike runs pretty good, but then runs like crap later in the day. If I only knew which VE numbers are the correct ones, I could make the map very close to what the bike wants. I do not have any leaks.

Also, from my understanding the front should have higher values as it runs cooler, but my rear is actually much higher. I have spent way too much time on tuning. I am heading to Sturgis in a week, hopefully I can find a GREAT tuner who will be there. At this point, I would pay for a good tune. Not sure if the elevation changes will make a big impact when I get back to MI.

I bought the PV with high expectations. The so called tuners around me throw it in OL and call it good.

If you don't mind sending me your auto tuned map for comparison, it may help!

Thanks!
