2016 adjustable tour pack

The 2016 RGU tour pack can be adjusted about a inch or so simply by loosening 4 nuts. It may not sound like a lot but can make a major difference for those that have a passenger.
Mine came set all the way back, I moved it forward and noticed a big difference
