We have an issues with my wife’s 2020 trike’s clutch not completely releasing after about 100 miles of clutch pulls.

What happens is after a 100(ish) miles. The clutch reservoir seems to build up fluid on the line side, a tiny bit every time the clutch is pulled back. It doesn’t seem to let all the fluid back on to the reservoir side. So the actuator ends up holding the pressure plate out and the clutch starts to slip. I can then pull the trans an break the clutch line loose at the actuator, it spits a couple drops out and everything is good for another 100(ish) miles.

Only thing I can think that maybe wrong. Is that I was given the wrong plunger kit when I put the reservoir back together after powder coating.

Anyone ever have an issue like this with these HYD clutches before?
