I use this one.

[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Streambot-Wireless-Bluetooth-Streaming-Receiver/dp/B00MJMV0GU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1421557937&sr=8-2&keywords=mpow"]Amazon.com: [New Version] Mpow® Streambot Mini Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 Audio Music Streaming Receiver Adapter with 3.5 mm Stereo Output and Hands Free Calling for Car: Cell Phones & Accessories[/ame]

It works great. The battery lasts about 6-8 hrs, so enough for a days ride. The blue-tooth auto connects (to the last device it used).

Really the only disadvantage is that, because I take it on and off, it's easy to get lost.

The only disadvantage I come across is with the phone and ur riding 6-8 hours using the phone for map GPS, internet radio, and bluetooth to bike radio, the phone is using alot of power and even charging the phone, its charging is running down. Coursing the phone to shut off
