Taking a little vacation trip from Albuquerque, NM to El Cajon, CA. Thought I'd share a few pics along the way of the conquest...

Still in the 80-90s out here. NM was starting to get chilly too. Though it was a perfect time to "extend" my summer. Lol

If you're heading back to ABQ at some point, you can escape from I-8 by heading south from El Cajon to 94 (Campo Rd). Depending on where in El Cajon you are, either take 54 or Avocado Blvd south to Campo Rd (94) and head east. It's two-lane and a far better ride than the interstate. Ride that east until you run into Old Highway 80. Instead of turning left to get back on 8 there, go straight until it ends at 8.
