I am making adjustable rider backrest kits and will be selling them thru my website, Hobosden.com. I am offering them here on the forum first to see what kind of reaction they get. I will be retailing them thru my site for $200.00 but will be selling them here to forum members for $175.00. I am offering them in both distressed brown and black (Marine Grade Vinyl).

If interested please email me at [email protected].

Here is the description:

This Backrest Kit is a complete package, nothing else to buy!

Driver Backrest Kit for Harley Davidson Touring Models (Ultra Classic, Street Glide, Road Glide, Road King, Electra Glide) 2009 and newer. This backrest kit will work with most one-piece slotted seats (both OEM or aftermarket) or with most aftermarket solo seats.

These Driver’s backrests are designed to be quickly attached and removed (approximately 5 minutes). These backrest kits are adjustable up and down and back and forth to fit your height and comfort level. Height adjustment is made with a heavy-duty thumbscrew and forward/backward adjustment is made quickly with a ½ inch wrench.

The backrest is made of heavy-duty marine grade vinyl with a natural looking leather feel and look to it. The 6-inch square backrests are professionally sewn (double stitched) for years of durability. The backrest kits bracket is powder coated for durability.

There is no cutting, welding, or drilling required. This kit uses the existing posts that are under the seat.

All parts are made in USA and assembled by US Military Veterans!

Great for back support on those long road trips or commutes. The height adjustment and backrest pad angle make for a better riding experience.

Thank for looking.

That would be really cool of you, thanks. I have been on your site quite a few times, very helpful and great videos. Other than the write up of the description that I have here what would you want.

For what Harley Charges for a similar set up, but with more limitations, I'm shocked there has not been more interest in this unit.

I have seen it in person and it is a high quality backrest!. IMO it is a higher quality item than you'll ever get at your local dealer..............I'm jonesing to get mine.........!

Well...even though this backrest wouldn't work with my Corbin and I have a backrest on it already anyway, this thread did cost me the price of a cee bailey windshield. Thanks Glydn ?
