I have a 2012 roadglide ultra and am ordering a Cerwin Vega Stealth Bomber Car Amplifier - 600 W RMS - 1200 W PMPO - 4 Channel amp and was wondering on location for it, will it fit in the faring?

That's where the J&M 500w, 4 channel amp I have lives.

It's on the right side (when sitting on the bike) and has a stainless mount that attaches to the main fairing mount bracket, then wraps around to provide mounting for the amp.

Mine has been there for 4 years with no problems.

did you make the mount or did you buy it?
A lot of folks including me use hook & loop cloth or industrial strength velcro to secure it in that location behind the glove box.

The mount I use is a prefab piece that came with the unit when I bought it from J&M.

I'm sure that someone around here could come up with something similar that would fit your specific amp.

Hey jrpetrie, I'd love to see pics of what you end up doing. I just ordered the same amp. It is sitting at my buddies place (he's in the States, I'm up in the Great White North!) and once I can get all the stuff up here, I am going to work on the same thing.

I was considering making my own bracket, based on the size of the amp... I've seen many built for the Rockford Fosgate PBR amp, but nothing specifically for the Cerwin Vega.

Can't wait to get all my new purchases in the bike!!!
