I'm not adding a HD alarm. I've been looking at the Guard Dawg and/ or Gorilla Brand.......both make a plug & play & have the Fob that activates / deactivates w/in a certain distance........
Anyone installed an HD alarm?
Been thinking of adding one to my bike. Looks pretty straight forward but my dealer says you have to enter a bunch of codes and stuff upon install that only they can do. Anyone installed one before that could confirm or deny that?

Only reason I was looking at an HD one was because a buddy told me most of the aftermarket ones drain your battery.

HMMM...hadn't heard that. I'll have to do a bit more research before I pull the plug on anything . I'll talk to you next week about the HD one.....
