SE Fatshotz are EPA legal when run with a cat. I had them on my non cat 09. Not really loud.

I had the SE Fatshotz (Supertrapp ) 6 discs, open end cap. Really quiet at cruise, but woke up when on the throttle. Very nice. I've got the Krome Werks Super Savers on my 15. Same thing but a bit louder.
