Don't quote me on this, but I BELIEVE since the nacelle is different (wider I think) you may run into some issues... Seems like I may have read the clamp is a different size too...

Of course, it could be done. It may just be more involved than you're anticipating. I'm sure someone on here with more knowledge will chime in shortly...

Clamp is 1-1/4" and the hole for the wiring faces forward. Previous bars I believe the bar at the clamp is 1" and the hole faces down. I suppose with enough mods you could make anything work, but why when you can buy bars that fit the 15/16.

In order to use bars from a previous year or any bars that are less than 1-1/4" you need to replace the entire clamp.
Easy enough to do and would cost give or take $100 depending on which clamp you buy.

Guess if you have some old bars then it might be cheaper to just change out clamp. But IMHO the fatter bars look killer on the new 2015/16 and wire up a whole lot easier (comparing it to when I wired my bars on my 1995 Electra Glide). But I am also biased...;). Id personally put the $100 into some bars that are made for the Rushmore. :) But then again, I'd rather spend $$$ on something that looks right and was made to fit than try to save a buck. :) As i tell my wife, they print money for one reason...to spend. :)

Thanks for all the input guys. I actually have both clamps. My bike came with bars on it already and they had changed it to the 1" clamp. I changed it back to the 1-1/4" when I put different bars that unfortunately I don't I don't care for. I'm trying to find a set that I like. I feel like options are limited for the 15/16 models so I was just seeing if I could widen my search some.
