I've added a couple of items directly to the battery (amp, horn relay, heated vest connection) and hate having these individual wires connected to the post. Anyone have a different solution?

I added a fuzeblock. The aux fuse panel is the only thing you have to connect and then all the stuff you add has individual fused protection.
