Stonewall HD has been phenomenal to me. Evan Bache is the GM and he’s a hardcore rider. All his employees are focused on the customer.

 

+1 for Stonewall. I do like to folks over at Richmond Harley in Ashland too. Dealt with Quantico and Fairfax 20 years ago so can’t say much about them nowadays, but good back then.

 

Same owner for Stonewall and Quantico along with a few others. Good dude on FB. Doesn't seem to be a pompous ass like a person might expect from a guy that owns 4 franchises. Will carry on a pleasant conversation with you and not make you feel like you're nothing.

 

I really like Bull Run. I use them rather than the closest one. Kevin, the service manager, treats customers right and doesn't gouge you.

 

I’m glad things worked out for you at Bull Run. Sales was fine but their service dept sucks! Liars, upchargers, anyway to pump up their bill!

 

Amazing how two riders have the exact opposite experience. Service has always been good to me but sales was a different story. Which is why I bought a new RG for thousands less 2 weeks ago.
