I paid for a tour pack back on June 15th. I was told I would have it in 3-4 weeks. I was screwed aorund from the git go, about two weeks ago I filed a complaint with pay pal and the shop owner finally returned my call. I was told that my pack accidentally was shipped to Nevada instead of Iowa. WTF... I had been asking for a tracking number for two weeks, he always had an excuse, I forgot, I’ll get it to you tomorrow, and on and on...3 more weeks and he says he’ll ship me out another pack but the backrests weren’t in. This guy posts all kinds of photos of packs he supposedly builds but I’m guessing it’s all a scam. I looked up 621 Cycles on the Better Business Bureau and he has an “F” rating. Guy will only Facebook Messenger and will NEVER answer his phone. Long story short I had to escalate my claim with Pay Pal to get my money back which took another 2 weeks but I did get my money back. So I waited all summer for a pack that I never received. I thought I’d post this so it doesn’t happen to another member. Thank god I paid with Pay Pal. If anyone knows where I can get a vivid black razor pack for a 2010 Roadglide please let me know, I want it for Bikes Blues and BBQ.

Dang...I bought one from him about 2 years ago. Granted he was out of town when I ordered it but once they got back they were on it. They tend to post pictures of the builds on facebook. I never ended using it so mine is still in the box and when I got my RGU, I still don’t need it.

I got the vivid black king tour pack with upgraded backrest with armrests and luggage rack. Everything still in the boxes. Been meaning to post on craigslist here locally but never seem to have the time.

Your experience and the experience others have had with other vendors makes the decision to pony up and buy Harley brand no so bad a decision.

Guess it depends how much your time and hassle are worth.
