Man - I am sick right now, Here is the run down...
My bike was a stock 2012 rgu with cat removed.
I called Fuel Moto and told them what results I wanted. They suggested I buy the following and I did:
jackpot (ceramic) 2-1-2 headers
4" jackpot mufflers
fm117-449 air cleaner
and (I wanted cams) tw222 cams.
power vision or pc5 - I went with the PV

The install Saturday went fine. cam timing dots lined up etc.
I did realize yesterday (Sunday) that I didn't install their flat header gaskets and I just reinstalled the header with the old gaskets in it. -- stupid oversight, (probably problem number 1). How the hell would I keep those flat gaskets in place while I install the headers? Do they sit in the groove like the cone shaped gaskets?
the anti seize I used look more like silicone instead of the grey I'm used to. Anti-seized the header bolts and 02 sensors. Once I started it to do the "header burn in period" per the instructions I had smoke where the anti seize was. (Maybe problem number 2 - melted anti seize on the 02?)
anyway - the bike idles great and sounds great. Due to rain I couldn't test ride it Saturday night.
test rode it yesterday - easy up through the rpms in first it is fine, but give it some throttle and it bogs down. Not like it wants to stall but a fairly major bog.
I know a possible problem number 3 could be the map fuel moto put in the power vision but according to all their reviews that doesn't happen often.
Any ideas would be great.

Zipper's says you can spray old 02 sensors with electrical cleaner and get more life out of them, so you should be able to clean out anti-seize.

Did you check for DTCs??? If not there is a sticky in the troubleshooting section that will provide you with the info on how to check for DTCs. There is also a sticky that will tell you what the DTC codes stands for.
Don't worry about the exhaust gaskets right now chance are that the old gaskets are OK, beside the exhaust gaskets won't cause the problem you're having with the bike. Also the stock gaskets are better than the performance gaskets.
Pull the 02 sensors and clean them off if you are getting a 02 sensor DTC, anti-sieze on the outside of the 02 sensor should not be a issue, anti-seize on the inside of the 02 sensor could be an issue.
Are the adjustable pushrods adjusted correctly??
If you did the cams are the cams timed correctly and is the crank gear and cam gear timed correctly???
The air cleaner and muffler should not be an issue if they were installed correctly.
The map on the tuner could be an issue but you should check all the above before changing the EFI map.

Can pull the DTC's with your power vision as well very easy to do.

One question o2 sensors plugged in to proper connectors front and rear ?

Iron mark-
The gaskets have been changed out now.
02s removed and cleaned - no AS on the anyway.
I watched the timing dots carefully on both so I am fairly sure they are good.
I checked DTCs o the power vision. there were a few based on 2 trips:
P01 32 - front 02 rich
P01 52 - rear 02 rich
P1 353 front cylinder no combustion
(tach) U1 016 - loss of ICM/ECM seriel data
(tach) U1 040 Loss of ABS seriel data
I have erased them and will recheck after the ride home this evening.

On the pushrods... I installed and adjusted per the instructions from fuelmoto which was - front cam on overlap then 0 lash then 4 revolutions plus 2 flats and locktight and tighten jam nuts. I installed and adjusted the rear, waited for them to bleed down to turn freely then rotated the rear cam to overlap and did the front.
Is there a way to check for correct pushrod adjustment without re-doing them?

Thanks for the PV code check. I did that.
I did check 02 locations for "Black in the back" and all is good there too.

Called Fuel Moto - they said "just ride it. The ECM has to relearn"
I rode it yesterday and it did a little better after a while but still bogs around 3000 rpm to 4000 but also sometimes at various intervals especially if I get in it at all.
I started to do auto tune sessions this morning on the (cold 28 degree) ride to work. I will do another session on the way home and see if that helps.
I really hope it is not a mechanic's mistake that will cause more harm since the money has ran out... fingers crossed.

If the bike is running to rich like the 02 sensor codes suggest then that could be a problem the no combustion code is usally a ignition issue such as a bad spark plug or plug wire.
If the the fuel pressure is low or a fuel filter is dirty then it may cause the bike to bog down too.
No real way to check pushrod adjustment without going through the adjustment proceedure again.

Thanks for all the info... I'm not able to get on here everyday so please bear with me.

I think all the mechanics are fine. It seems the map that Fuel moto put in the power vision isn't as close as they or I had hoped. I have been doing auto tune runs and it has gotten a little better. No where near right yet though. I am spending a lot of time reading the PV manual right now. one thing that is driving me crazy though is the TUNE FILE. The manual reads:

To Open a Power Vision Tune File (.PVT)
If the Tune File directory does not exist, or if you haven’t already created the Tune File
directory, you will need to create a Tune File directory in C:\Program Files\Power Vision. Once
the Tune File directory is created, you must map this folder in Setup Options. Refer to To
Setup the Options.
To open a Power Vision tune file from the Power Vision, refer to To Get a Tune from the Power
Vision.
Use the following steps to open a Power Vision tune file from your computer.
1 Select File >Open.
2 Select a .pvt file

NO where I have read shows how to create this file. I tried typing the above in the winpv slot but I seen no change.
To be clear - I am fairly computer illiterate. Can someone dumb this down enough for me?
This is my first go round with tuners so the entire process is foreign to me.

Since you bought the PV from Fuelmoto, I'd give them a call. I'll bet that they'll walk you thru it.

Sorry to hear of your problems. Are you sure is that you have the oxygen sensor wiring correct?The black connector should go on the back cylinder. If these are backwards it will cause all kinds of issues with how the motor runs. As for the fuel moto jackpot gaskets mine were able to just sit in the head without any problem until I attached the head pipe. Like yours my head pipes also smoked for about 5 minutes.
