Good afternoon,

I put in a new battery to day a LiFE 8Ah the bike sounds like it wants to start but it is not kicking over. I smell the gas as well. In addition the flashers are flashing, any suggestions as to what this might be?
I was able to start the bike yesterday and run it but the battery was dead this morning. I changed out the battery because it wasn't holding a charge.

Check to make sure you reconnected all wires back on the battery. I'm not sure how many connections are on the new bikes.

Unless I’m reading this wrong, the security light is flashing when you try to start the bike? On a bike that new I’m going to guess either the new fob battery is dead or it’s in upside down.

Motor shouldn't turn over with bad battery in fob/ no fob
