Anyone running the D&D Billet Cat with the big bore baffle. I just had a 124 built and man that mo fo is loud. Brain rattling loud. It sounds awesome but loud on the interstate. Maybe it’s just me being old lol.

Friend of mine has that exhaust on his RG with the 114. It is ridiculously loud! But that can be a good thing :). But the other day I was sweeping a ride and he was 2 bikes in front of me. Every time I would go to key up the mic to let the lead know we had cleared an intersection or something, he would be on that exhaust since the timing always worked out that way. All everyone heard on the CB was that exhaust with me trying to yell over it. He figured it out since he was on CB as well and every time I would key up he would pull the clutch to "enhance" the effect :).

My next build will either have that same exhaust or the S&S 2-1. Both are available with a Cat if you so choose.

I switched to it on my 124 build and love it. Only time I find it really loud is when I have my full face helmet on. If you ever want to quiet yours down, I’ll gladly sell you my vortex muffler that’s sitting in my garage...lol.

It is black. Very simple to change. 3 bolts in total. The two at the rear behind your saddlebag and the one at the front that tightens on the header.

I have a Lowcat on my Night Train. With a big cam and high compression, it sounds like World War III when I get on it. I had a Fatcat on both my 2010 FLHTK and 2012 FLHTCUSE, and ended up yanking them off in both cases because they were punishing on long rides....wrapped perforated baffles on both.

It's a great-performing pipe that makes killer torque down low (assuming a good tune), but good god is it loud.
